This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. The hotel upgraded us due to an event and being overbooked. Thebstaff crom front desk to rom service were so very friendly. The room was immaculate, you could smell it was cleaned before we got there. Well definitely be revisting.

During Father’s Day weekend in a totally sold out hotel with a basketball tournament and a bar knuckle boxing event our elevator bank only had two out of four working this caused major delays. We encountered the same issue in the parking garage. The room had some darkness to it on the threshold between the room and the bathroom And the water pressure was pretty bad in the shower very disappointing. Seeing as this hotel is extra extraordinarily expensive.
