It was great to stay with two boys, ages 7 and 9. Family room was enough to spead luggages, staffs were kind! We were comfy and had pleasant time. Go for nightviewing of Osaka castle was great. Just 5 min by walk from hotel. Great. Hope will visit again when we come to Osaka again.

We arrived four hours later than expected but the hotel staff sorted us out. The staff were very good, facility very clean and quiet. The location for us was perfect, central, very close to subway but not too close to busy areas. There was good food and shopping very close. The Osaka castle was five minute walk. Awesome.

Not modern but very well maintained. Room was spacious and hotel itself was conveniently located by Osaka Castle and subway stations. Plenty of convenience stores and food options within walking distance. They do “eco-cleaning”, new towels and light cleaning everyday. However, does not include/come with any amenities other than the shampoo, body wash, conditioner and toothbrush. Not right in the hustle and bustle, ideal for those who don’t mind a short commute and want a quiet and restful stay. Loses a star for property, because if you plan to do laundry, there’s limited machines that you will need to plan around and not very strong output, takes a while to wash and dry. Overall, loved our stay and staff was helpful!

The room while small by North American standards was a good size for Japanese rooms. The room was clean and efficient. The bathroom was a little strange you had to step up into it and it felt like I was in a camping trailer? Small/plastic/crowded with one person. Location was great and easy to access all needed in Osaka. Staff very friendly looked after luggage when we arrived too early. A/c didn’t work well?? Opened the window (was stuck but we got it)

Great hotel for the price

A little dated, especially with their key system, but the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, they provide plenty of towels, robes, and even some bottled water. The beds are comfy and the largest out of all of the places we stayed in japan. For as cheap as we got the room, I would highly reccomend this hotel. Close to the metro and walking distance to Osaka Castle.

Great hotel only one street away from Osaka castle! The room was a little cramped, but clean and the staff was super helpful. One remark; the showerhead was a little low (height 175cm) Also the hotel could not be found via apple maps, so it was a little harder to navigate to the hotel at first.

Very tiny room, the walls had big holes and water stains in the bathroom. It's cheap and very central so I wouldn't really complain about it. Service was really good tho, not the best at english but they really tried to help:) If you are gonne spend a lot of time at the hotel room then this isn't the place for you.

コンビニやスーパーが近くにあり、困ることはなかった。 ランドリーもレンジも配備されており、便利だった。 バスも綺麗で臭いもなかった。シャワーヘッドが大きめで、好き嫌い分かれるかも。 安い分、客質が少し低いのか、レンジは汚しっぱなし。 自販機横の製氷機で遊ぶ外国人を見かけた。その氷は手に取ってごみ箱に捨てていた。 共用部の廊下の音がよく聞こえてきて、夜は外国人の話し声でうるさい時間がある。大体23時前後。 一度だけタオルが補充されておらず、フロントに取りに行くことがあったが、真摯に対応していただけた。

整體非常棒，飯店出去往右走不用一分鐘就是地鐵出口👍👍，離大阪城也大概五分鐘的距離 但希望飯店的側門可以放個斜坡讓行李箱好上下， 還有房間內可以再放個桌上型的鏡子就更好了
