Villa Madeira 605

The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for a family of four. The pool area and patio were nice. Booking and check in were a breeze. The beach and the weather were amazing.

Viel Licht & viel Schatten

Das Hotel ist eine 5-Stöckige Apartmentanlage mit 40 Einheiten direkt am Strand in der Eigentümer ihre Wohnungen über eine Agentur vermieten. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt für einen Strandurlaub. Aus diesem Grund haben wir hier diese Unterkunft auch gebucht. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist jedoch völlig unterschiedlich. Wir hatten zu zweit das App. 606 im obersten Stock. Ein ca. 70m² großes 4-Zimmer-Studio mit 5 Betten in drei Zimmern. 2 Badezimmer. Zum Apartment gehört ein eigener Parkplatz. Schlüssel muss (je nach Ankunftszeit) ca. 400m entfernt in einer anderen Unterkunft oder in einem Immobilienbüro abgeholt werden Die Betten waren leider alle eine Katastrophe, die Matratzen geschätzte 30 Jahre alt und völlig durchgelegen. Im Wohn und Hauptschlafzimmer gab es große Flachbild Fernseher. Internet /WLan war (überraschenderweise) leider nicht vorhanden. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und großem Kühlschrank. Sie war allerdings nicht sehr sauber und die Sachen teilweise sehr alt. Balkon mit Mückenschutzgittern. Vom Balkon kann ein toller Sonnenuntergang gesehen werden. Der Strand ist spitze. Auch Strandstühle und Bodysurfbords sind vorhanden Nachts war leider die ständig laufende Klimaanlage der Nachbarn deutlich zu hören. Zur Anlage gehört ein kleiner Pool. Liegen am Pool und auf der Terrasse zum Strand sind ausreichend vorhanden. Check-In ab 25 - gleichwohl sind jede Menge (Klein-) Kinder in der Anlage.
