It's a great hotel. Very clean. Huge rooms. A bit far from the hottest venues and from the good restaurants. BUT the whole site is just great and Xalapa's taxi system is impeccable and very very low cost. The pool is exceptional (fresh water, without chlore). A little negative : where I had my room there was lots of unwanted noise as early as 6:00 AM, such as the huge ice machines, maintenance, etc. But overall, I would return there without hesitation.

Dated... REALLY dated... the rooms are big, but feel very old; the bathroom felt small and cramped, the beds may have been nice in the 80's, but I expected better in a hotel nowadays. The air conditioner was noisy, there were barely any electrical outlets in the room. And the worst was the internet, I tested it multiple times and I could never get more than 0.2mbps so completely unusable for modern work. The staff didn't seem service oriented at all, to the point that when I left on the second day of a 7 night stay, they didn't even ask or question it.

El único detalle que no me gusto, fue que ... llegue con un sandwich y lo coloque sobre el tocador de la habitación, en lo que baje mis maletas y etc, cuando me lo iba a comer vi que una cucaracha ya me había ganado, la cual salió del cajón y se quería volver a esconder, pero la alcance y la deje muerta sobre el piso. Por favor, pidan al personal de limpieza que revisen las habitaciones antes de entregarlas al huésped. Por lo demás estuvo excelente, muy cómodo y accesible. El personal muy servicial, solo que había cosas como una silla, que no nos pudieron dar, pero pedimos una cafetera y tasas y esa si, nos la prestaron. Muy a gusto!!
