It had a great view from about 100' high with two balconies. The condo was not the two-bedroom property that I rented. Somehow, the desk clerk assigned me a three-bedroom condo instead. I was specifically looking forward to the master BR 180-degree view, which was not provided with the three-bedroom condo. The place was in dire need of cleaning, repairs and decent furniture. Two of the bathrooms had minor mold issues on the ceilings. The laundry closet louvered doors were covered in lint fuzz. The dry door handle was missing and replaced with a black zip tie. The carpets were thread bare in several areas and carpet baseboards were from the previous carpet and did not match. The kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty. The kitchen table was a cheap repainted piece of junk along with three chairs, one was broken and in the hallway with a broken leg, that looks like it came from a thrift store! And the vinyl lounge chair in the beach-side bedroom was worn through the top player on both arms and the seat. Finally, a tile baseboard in the kitchen was not attached to the wall. this place should be an embarrassment to the owners that lease it. I read a couple of poor reviews on this site about this location, so I specifically wanted a two-bedroom unit, in that the bad reviews were based on three-bedroom units. Thankfully, I did not have anyone visiting Myrtle Beach with me or I would have been horribly embarrassed by leasing this property. Doo not lease here!

WE stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront condo directly on the ocean with great views! The room was outstanding, we had a king bed with all glass front facing the water and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Lots of space! We really enjoyed our living room with separate patio and view of the ocean daily. The unit had a washer and dryer so we were able to wash clothes during our stay. We felt safe on the 9th floor and everyone was friendly! The pool and hot tub was great! I look forward to staying there again. Thank you to the front office for taking great care of us. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice but the living room chair arm was busted, the bottom storage door on the stove was broken, and the dishwasher did not work. I reported all of this to the receptionist who said maintenance would check it out. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely recommend Oceans One as a good place to stay.

The room has been neglected and not taken care of or maintained. The leather was torn off the couches, black mold on ceiling and around vents, compound patches all over the walls. This was sent to the staff by messaging system, but no response. This hotel has definitely lost its touch since the last time I stayed there.

Staff good. Beach view great. The room was in need of rehab. The ceiling was peeling all areas. Kitchen was broken , oven and cabinets. Biggest issue was the beds totally were junk. I had to sleep in a chair. It’s time to fix the place up.
