This property is intentionally and consistently upgrading the guest experience. Their systematic attention to guest comfort has been evident in upgrades to individual rooms, the expansion of television channels, and regular maintenance of the property. You can pay more at one of the other properties in Storm Lake, but you won't find friendlier staff or a more comfortable (and quieter) room. Stay here and treat yourself.

This was an older, motel in a safe area. The room was clean. The shower had great water pressure. Front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. This was a good, safe place to be for a quick stay with a grocery store and restaurants nearby.

At budget place I have low expectations, BUT card reader didn’t work. My card info was written down. When I asked about it, she flashed the previous person’s card info to make me feel more assured-it made me feel worse that my card info was not safe. The bed had dirty sheets-appeared to have semen on them. Not just stained. Sure after asking, I was given clean ones, but…..no apologies or anything. In the morning I was asked about my stay. I gave feedback and he just said he would speak to housekeeping. That made everything else MORE upsetting. FREE complimentary breakfast was coffee and stale cookies. This forced me to grab food elsewhere. No shampoo, only conditioner. Mold on shower curtain. Stained chairs, pillow and mattress cover. Older, facilities-most things no big deal because you definitely get what you pay for, but unsanitary semen sheets along with that response was discustingly disturbing as this was normal business.
