Beautiful hotel holding onto it's character through careful restoration and still providing all our modern day comforts. Hotel is located of the outskirts of the town so was very quiet. Received a warm welcome on our arrival and found to be helpful with lots of information about the area. Area has lots of history of gold mining ⛏️.

I found this place very charming. We’ve stayed at some old Victorians & bed-and-breakfast that seemed possibly haunted and creepy, but this one is well done and feels very clean. We will absolutely stay here again when we go back to cripple Creek.

Fabulous place to stay, away from downtown just enough to enjoy the quiet. Beds were super comfortable. Upon check in they were kind enough to recommend places to eat in town, as I wasn't visiting the casinos, as well as some touristy things to do. The area and hospital itself are beautiful and well maintained. You can feel the history as the staff placed relics of the past along the walls and left much of the building intact. I would recommend this a thousand times over for anyone who enjoys historical America or just a very comfortable stay.

The House is lovely. The service is outstanding -- prompt, friendly, informative, and whatever else you need. They've also worked to preserve a lot of the historical details, while still providing modern amenities. The only downside is that there isn't a lot to do nor are there a ton of restaurant options within the town of Cripple Creek (unless you're into small casinos).
