They have smart tvs in every room but not one of them work. We wanted a chill couple of nights in between travel. We switch 5 different rooms and none of the tvs worked for Netflix or prime. Why even have smart TVs. There was a cockroach in our room and they did not care. We asked for a refund and they said no sorry. The breakfast was terrible. They said from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 8:00 everything was gone already and not replaced. The coffee machine plug did not reach the outlet so had to make coffee on the floor. They had a crash in the elevator. We do not strongly recommend this hotel.
