You can tell that the hotel is being fully renovated and looks excellent. The rooms were immaculately clean and smelled 'new'. The bed was super comfortable. The private balcony was great to watch the sunrise/sunset. Plenty of walking and chairs throughout, a tennis court, and a pool. Having pet friendly rooms with multiple pet relief stations was great. Front desk- Ms. Helen was such a gem! The continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Its was 10 mins from the center of P-Town which was great. Will definitely stay here on future visits in the area.

As a business traveler who has to do business once a month in Provincetown I can tell you that this place is now a warm welcome to me. Not only was it affordable midweek I'm talking sub $150 which is far better than a lot of the small hotels motels and especially the airbnbs that are in town. I normally do an Airbnb for 2 days midweek to do contract business for the town of Provincetown and that's usually about 350 to 400. Dunes crest is far better than any Airbnb I've stayed in and it's a fraction of that cost. Now I'm sure on the weekends it's ridiculously priced just like everybody else but if they keep midweek slow not during special holidays or events I'll definitely be coming back. If you're a business traveler in this area you can't do wrong here it's relaxing the rooms are beautiful comfortable shower is great and spend the little bit of extra money to get yourself a water view with a balcony trust me you won't regret it. From sunsets to stargazing it was an awesome one night say.
