The room itself was clean and comfortable for a one‑night stay, but several issues made the overall experience less enjoyable. The air conditioner was so loud that it interrupted conversations whenever the compressor kicked on. Beyond the room, the property clearly needs significant maintenance—there were visible cracks and hanging light fixtures in multiple areas and some broken tiles in the room as well.
We paid about $20 per person for breakfast coupons at the restaurant next door, but when we arrived roughly ten minutes past their cutoff, the staff refused to honor them and responded quite rudely. Most hotels serve breakfast until 10 a.m., but here it ended at 9 a.m., which wasn’t communicated clearly. It was a disappointing way to start the morning, especially after receiving such warm and welcoming service from the receptionist during check‑in.
