Room was clean and sufficient. I requested a room with a kitchenette, but received a room without a mini fridge or microwave instead. There were zero empty parking spaces in lot, with no direction as to where to park.

Love this hotel!

I actually stayed here for my sweet 16th birthday weekend years ago! The balcony was great, the rooms were clean, the carpet could use a deep shampooing but I understand with pools and the beach they get dirty. The indoor pool was amazing for my two little ones to swim while it’s cold! But love the staff, our stay was great!

Nice little place

The place was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Rooms were pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. Stove and full size fridge was super convenient. Areas around pools were clean. Outdoor hot tub wasn’t hot at all, but the 2 inside were. Only one elevator, but the place isn’t huge so waiting for an elevator wasn’t terrible. The staff were all friendly.

We arrived around midnight and I was kind of concerned with it being so late. But the lady at the front desk was more than welcoming. She asked me my name I showed her my ID and she had us in her room and under 5 minutes. When we first walked in we was welcomed by a good smelling, clean looking, AC blowing cold room. The beds were more than comfortable. The balcony was a great added feature to view and listen to the ocean. There is an onsite restaurant that we chose not to eat it because we have eaten there before. It is also pretty good. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. Much better than some of the others in the area. I highly recommend you give Best Western a try if you're staying nearby. And I hardly ever leave reviews especially if they are positive so this hotel experience really wowed me.

The lady who checked me in was wonderful. She really went the extra mile to resolve my situation. Thank you. The room is wonderful: spacious, clean, quiet, and I love the ocean side balcony. The restaurant is closed this week, so I won't get to sample that. The hot tub was nicely warm and felt good. Yes, I would stay here again.
