Check in was a virtual agent. I arrived about an hour before check in time. I figured I'd see if the rooom was available but it wasn't. No problem, I asked if they could recommend a restaurant on the nearby river and the agent said there was a grocery store across the street where I could get food. Really? I came back later and ittook a long time to check in. I guess the issue was with connectivity as she was in Columbia. Is Best Western that greedy that they have to outsource this work? This lack of personal touch was very disappointing. The rooms also could use more attention. The lamp by the beds didn't work. We figured out it was the outlet and had to mive the beds to plug it into another one. Seem tje cleaning staff should have noticed this.

Worked well for weekend stay for our family with multiple dogs in each room. Our room did have animal odor undoubtedly from previous occupants, but not bad enough to disturb our sleep. We have stayed in their pet friendly rooms in the past and odor wasn’t an issue.

Nice hotel wit an excellent restaurant next door. Room was big. Very strange check in via kiosk with a person in Columbia. That really turned me off. What if there is something wrong in the room? Who do I contact.

Check was a humanless kiosk with a virtual person in Columbia on the computer screen. My techs were very uncomfortable providing ID and credit card through the machine.
They asked the front desk "manager" who finally came out to leave the rooms unserviced as they were staying two nights and did not need cleaning. One of the rooms was completely gone through and items strewn all over while they were on a jobsite.
When the tech confronted the front desk they had no viable reason to offer.
All night long cars come and go and the noise level was extreme. My techs had stayed at this property a few years ago and it was NEVER like this!
To be honest, a refund should be offered.

Not thrilled with check-in. It is a screen- no human interaction. Frustrated that even after checking in online, I still had to get out credit card to apply their deposit. Should have all been done at once.
Their printer ran out of paper and I didn’t get my room number till a human was summoned to help me. Not a fan of this system. Otherwise, all was good. The breakfast attendant is very helpful and friendly.

There's literally no actual people at the hotel. The "front desk" is "staffed" by a call center. It's pretty terrible.

Check in/out process was interesting, just spoke to an employee through a screen/videochat. Dog friendly hotel though! Room was simple, hardwood with mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was okay, typical continental breakfast.
