Na segunda estadia que tive o quarto apresentou problemas com o ar condicionado e ainda não tinha a tomada ideal para o meu computador (estava no padrão antigo). Além disso, a equipe da recepção estava muito lenta e desorganizada, gerando a atrasos a mim no check-in e check-out e ainda tendo constrangimentos no café da manhã, pois meu nome não estava na lista, mesmo após a contratação para os dois dias. Excluo da minha reclamação apenas a equipe do estacionamento e cozinha. Não pretendo voltar neste hotel!
