Air conditioning worked really well. Mattesses were a little too hard/firm but either than that the room was great. A lot of the grout in the shower had black mold so a little bleach would help. Only one person in the room could use the wifi at one time and there was no phone service to use own data. We tried to book a pedicure but never had any luck while we were there. Seemed there wasnt much availability. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was awesome.

The hotel is really clean and pleasant and in a great location in the centre of Puerto Princesa, only moments walk away from multiple restaurants and a shop/ pharmacy. The room was huge and had everything you need including safe, mini fridge, hairdryer etc. The pool area is lovely, perfect for cooling off after time out in the heat, and there is also massages available in the spa. The best part about the hotel is the staff, they were all incredibly welcoming and friendly, and always happy to help in any way they can!
