대체로 만족하지만 세심한 관리가 필요합니다.

전주민속마을을 보고 코로나19 때문에 민속마을 게스트하우스가 싫어서 솔호텔을 이용했습니다. 트윈룸을 사용했는데 가격도 괜찮고 청결하며 침대도 편했습니다. 다만 화장실문이 투명유리도 되어 있어 볼 일을 볼 때 매우 불편했으며, 시설물 중 헤어드라이어가 작동은 됐는데 스위치가 고장나서 치솔 끄트머리를 이용해서 겨우 켰다 껐다 해야 했고 손잡이도 고장나 있었습니다. 또한 휴대전화 충전기는 있었으나 고장난 상태였습니다. 시설물에 대한 관리자의 세심한 관심이 필요합니다.

깨끗하고 좋았지만 화장실을 사용하지 않았는데 화징실에서 자동으로 물이 내려가 (두번정도) 잠을 깸. 무선으로 작동되는 물내리는 장치가 옆 객실것에 반응하는 것 같네요. 확인 한 번 해 보세요 아니면 귀신이 이용한 것인가?

비염 천식있우신 분 가족 여행중인 분은 피하시는게 좋아요

급하게 숙소 구하느라 선택의 여지가 없었네요 금연실이였고 방이 많이 좁아요 실내 창 크기가 매우 작아 환기가 거의 이루어질 수 없는 구조입니다 먼지가 많아서 밤새 콧물 재채기 기침에 한숨도 못자고 지금 후기 남깁니다 실내가 건조하고 공조기 돌아가는 소리가 밤새 들리네요 시설은 깨끗하지만 호텔이라기보다 모텔을 개조한 곳인거같아요 충분한 물과 어메니티는 괜찮은 편입니다 주변 환경은 술집과 모텔이 많아요 잠귀가 밝은 분이면 수시로 화장실에서 자동 비데에서 물 내려가는 소리로 숙면을 취하기 어려울거예요 건강한 호흡기와 소음에 예민하지 않은 잠만 주무실 분께 추천드려요

좋았습니다. 다음에 전주 간다면 다시가보고 싶고 호텔 솔은 생각보다 좋았던것 같습니다요.ㅋ

만족하고, 주변에 음식점도 많아 좋았습니다. 호텔내 다양한 편의시설도 있었고... 하나... 침대 메트리스가 좀 딱딱한 편이라 조금은 불편..

대만족입니다

전반적으로 만족했는데 방음은 별로 안좋았어요 위층이 이벤트 룸이어서 그런건지 암튼 의자끄는소리라던가 암튼 깜짝놀랬어요 말소리는 잘 안들리는데 가구소리는 좀 크게 들렸어요 그래도 만족했고요 드라이기도 작지만 쎄서 금방말렸고 침대도 폭신하니 좋았어요 룸이 덥긴하더라고요 너무 잘지냈고 친절하시고 담에도 또 숙박할생각입니다~~^^
