I did not stay. I had a reservation for 10/17 through 10/19. On 10/16 at approximately 6:30 p.m., I received a call that my reservation was being cancelled due to "overbooking." No apology, no offer to make it right. They just kept repeating that they were overbooked. I ended up having to get a room 30 miles away from the anniversary mass of my father-in-law's death because we had to then get a room in a neighboring city. The lack of professionalism alone makes me 100% I will never step foot in that place. DO NOT STAY THERE.

Phone in room wasn’t hooked up to anything….carpet didn’t seem to have be vacuumed or replaced in awhile. Will give the check-in clerk credit the room I booked was sold out and he upgraded to a suite as same price, however on check out clerk did not seem to understand the concept of a CASH payout so to avoid frustration left it on my card.

Good in everything except that room had no hot water. Tried calling front desk and no phone in the room either. Called front desk from my cell phone and notified receptionist, receptionist came to the room and checked for herself that there was no hot water. Receptionist left and after a while my husband went to the front desk to check what they were doing to solve the issue. Receptionist told my husband somebody will come to the room to check again. Waited some time and nobody came, It was almost 12 am and we were tired. Next morning we showered, water was warm but not hot. husband showered 2nd and water got cool, water was cold for children to shower.
