The view is as lovely as it looks in the pictures. Honestly, when we drove up I thought I might have made a mistake booking here - but the people were friendly and quick. They have fruit in a bowl and several different teas (not just black tea) all day long. We would definitely book here again if we are in the area again.

This staff is awesome, they are all so friendly and kind! My room was clean and cozy with a killer view of the water. There are restaurants and grocery stores right around the corner. I give it an 8 only because it could use renovations.

Great view, staff was courteous, and the unit--minus a large mold/stain spot on the ceiling (#304)--seemed clean. Need to work on the cigarette smoking though. Although they have no smoking signs on the balconies guests don't seem to obey, and the fumes come right through the mini-splits upstairs. And one of the staff was smoking out front with the door open so the entire hallway smelled of smoke. As a former 24-year smoker, kind of tough to be in that environment.

Staff was amazing! Thank you John! Loved the simple but delicious continental breakfast. Very quite throughout the night. Beautiful view from the balcony. Extremely clean, which is even more impressive considering this is an older place. Felt very comfortable! And my wife cleans professionally so she notices anything and she was very pleased. Water pressure for the shower was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel! My one complaint is that the tub didn't drain fast enough for the water coming out of the shower so you were in a couple inches of water when the shower was done. If we ever stay in Bremerton again we are definitely going here! Very pleased.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding my reservation at the Flagship Motel. The location of the motel was significantly farther from the work area than represented, and essential services such as food and shipping were extremely limited without transportation. Due to these conditions, the reservation was not practical or usable for our needs. We purchased cancellation insurance specifically to protect against situations like this. However, Expedia refused to allow us to cancel the reservation online and instead directed us to the insurance provider. The insurance company then required us to answer unreasonable questions and submit unnecessary evidence simply to justify the cancellation. This process has been burdensome and unfair, especially given that the circumstances clearly made the stay unsuitable. I am requesting that the reservation be canceled and refunded in accordance with the insurance coverage purchased and the circumstances described. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We love the Flagship. Brother Don's a few doors down with live music is always a good time. We stay and golf in the area. Trophy Lake, Gold Mountain and Mccormick Woods are great tracks near by.

This is a family owned business doing an excellent job. Check-in was easy and quick, and the price was reasonable. Every room has a beautiful water view. My room was so comfortable and exceptionally clean. Furnishings were top notch. I was appreciative of the drapery that was one piece, so didn't have that annoying area in the middle that doesn't completly close. Definitely would stay here again.
