Très bien sauf le petit déjeuner!

Appartement très sympathique proche de l’accès piscine. Deux piscine dont une avec une pataugeoire, idéal pour les enfants. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner que je déconseille fortement, 12€ par adulte et 5,50€ par enfants. Des viennoiseries de la veille extrêmement dure, du jambon dont les bord étaient sec et dure, les pommes pourries. Nous aurions mieux fait de prendre de quoi déjeuner dans l’appartement qui lui est très bien!

Upgraded room to get balcony but when I got there, it was ground level room, no balcony. When I went to front desk to show receipt that I paid for balcony room, they told me that my patio area is the same thing. That’s not the same thing. Patio and balcony are too different things. If I wanted ground floor patio, I would have booked that. Besides, it’s not much of a patio area anyway, just more walk space to gate. Plus the bushes surrounding the area block any view. Pictures didn’t match the room that I uploaded to pay for. The area over all is nice considering how budget friendly it is and I’m sure the other rooms are nicer too but unfortunately I feel like I didn’t get what I thought I paid for. They put me in the worst room out of all of them.

Ça ressemble à une résidence Time-Share reprise par un Groupe mélangeant des maisons individuelles avec des appartements entre propriétaires y vivant et vacanciers… Les parties commune ressemblent à ceux d’une maison de retraite. La réception nous installé dans une chambre face rue alors qu’il y avait peu de monde et des chambres disponibles à l’opposé côté jardin ! Des familles peu fréquentables même pas clientes squattent la piscine ! Pour le prix ça reste passable dans le cas d’un séjour une nuit pour affaire (juste dormir) !

Scandaleux ! pour une seule nuitée inférieure à 100€ il faut laisser une caution de 300 €. Dans cette chambre il n’y a rien qui n’ait de telle valeur même si je partais avec leur petite télévision elle ne vaudrait pas ce prix là. Il n’y a pas de minibar. Je ne comprends pas la raison de cette demande insensée. Soi-disant la direction l’impose, cependant je doute fortement que le siège ait la main sur les check-in. Ce qui m’a particulièrement blessé c’est l’attitude du personnel parce que j’étais stupéfaite de devoir laisser 300 €. Si vous arrivez après 19:00 la réception est fermé donc pas de caution. C’est ridicule. Je suis déjà venue dans cet établissement récemment et on ne m’avait rien demandé. Je n’ai pas le profil de quelqu’un qui va détériorer le mobilier. Je suis profondément vexée spécialement par l’insistance de la responsable qui sait que je suis propriétaire d’un hôtel qui pourtant me suggère d’aller retirer 300 € en espèces au distributeur (alors qu’on est en raze campagne et qu’il n’y a rien au alentours) si je ne veux pas donner ma carte bancaire en préautorisation. C’est une honte, je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans cet établissement, je me suis sentie humiliée. Je choisis cette halte en point de chute sur la route prévu sur un trajet d’une fois par mois. J’ai failli partir mais il n’y a rien à 50 km à la ronde. Sinon pour le prix la chambre est correcte mais le personnel manque fortement de diplomatie.
