Our family stayed here over Spring Break to visit Carlsbad Caverns. I feel the staff did the best they could with the full hotel, but there were some issues. There was no soap available and we were told to use shampoo to wash our hands. The actual bed was great, the couch bed and rollaway were very springy and not comfortable at all. It took a few trips to get bedding for everything as sheets and blankets were still in the dryer but the staff got them to us as quick as they could
