The photos in the listing were not accurate. We arrived to a dirty property with cobwebs, bugs in the pantry, used toothbrush and razors, holes in walls, mould in the shower, stains on the carpet and bed head and ripped curtains. We did not end up staying due to the condition and the person would not refund stay or the cleaning fee as she believed we had stayed in the beds but we had just checked the condition of the sheets to see if they were clean. Property does not appear to comply with Australian Consumer law regarding accurate listing description or Melbourne holiday rental standards. We will be looking to report this to the appropriate authorities in Victoria.

The house was very spacious and the gas fire was great at keeping the whole house warm. The house would benefit from a bit more care in regards to some little details and home comforts around the house.
