The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. Only issue was that the shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty. The staff at the check in desk were very pleasant and helpful! They made us feel very welcome. The breakfast area is nice and big with plenty of tables for families.

Overall the staff were rude and unwelcoming. The room was clean but the shower floor and bathroom floor were very dirty. The breakfast food wasn’t refilled in a timely manner so we had to wait about 10 minutes for biscuits and sausage to cook before we could eat. The woman cooking grumbled the entire time she walked around the food area. It was an overall terrible experience. One that I have not had with this chain of hotels. We normally stay at this chain because it is so clean, the breakfast is consistently good and staff are welcoming and helpful.
