Comfortable bed and room. Very nice roof top bar. Our only issue was housekeeping. Two people staying in room but only 1 towel and no washcloths. Do not stay here! Our room was full of flying gnats - when we complained and asked for a different room the desk clerk said they had been getting calls all night and the whole 6th floor (ours) was infected - they did move us but why wait until we complained - the entire floor should have been evacuated. There were service elevators for the staff but they were always using ours. The place was filthy and gross. There is a nice looking Hampton across the street that I will try next time.

Rude staff and unclean bathroom

The staff was rude (3:00 pm staff) , there was a roach in my bathroom crawling on the mirror and the shower was not clean. I’ve never experienced this the first time I stayed at the Tillary hotel, the first time was very pleasant and the room was clean.
