The location was perfect for skiing. The onsite restaurant food was slightly above average. Good ambiance and staff was attentive and friendly. Crystal the bartender was great. The pool area could use some more chairs and tables. Pool towels were in short supply. The bathroom only had shampoo, conditioner and bar soap for sink so bring your own. Overall nice place to stay and would stay again.

The property was below average, lots of things that needed to be updated. Our fireplace didn’t work, and the mirror in the master bathroom fell on me and broke. The mirror that was replaced was a fourth of its size and overall not great for what we paid per night. I will say the staff at Caribou Highlands was five out of five excellent. Especially the property manager, Katie she was amazing and definitely went above and beyond to try and fix all of our issues.
