From start to finish Paula and her husband were the best owners ever! The room was wonderful, vintage everything and everything worked! Great breakfast and it was wonderful that Paula joined us and we got to know some about her and the family! Wish they were in every town on Rt 66! And Carthage was a great town to explore! Even got some treasures at a yard sale!

The first word that came to mind when I opened the door was, “ADORABLE.” It’s decorated in vintage style. Our room had matching aqua vintage style refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and keurig machine. It’s an older property but clean. The bathroom reminded me of the ‘50s bathroom I had as a child. We loved being able to park right outside our door. The owner was very friendly and suggested sights to see in town and a place to get breakfast in the morning. For the price it was a bargain.
