Hotel was kinda dated. There were Holes in the wall, toilet seat not attached, no security lock on the door, and tv didn't work. The agent changed our room, but it had issues as well, but not as bad. Overall, I give it a 4, because it was close to restaurants on Broad Str downtown. The agent was very nice.

Cuuuuuuute plants and landscaping! Very friendly evening staff and well lit parking lot at night. A little loud at times but normal for Friday night in a party town. The tub was a little raggedy in 103 and the drain sticks but that's regular maintenance stuff just letting y'all know. The guy at the counter the next morning was a hero and let me borrow his phone charger because mine broke. Thanks,pal🐐The staff members were awesome and I enjoyed my stay.

CON: I've seen and killed a total of 5 roaches in the room. I was unable to sleep comfortably and feel clean due to this. The bed were comfortable, didn't have adequate cover (comforter were Military grade) and very uncomfortable pillows. PROS: Location and access to the highway, water temperature was very good (if you don't like hot water, be careful), room had functioning and clean refrigerator and microwave, the bathroom was was newly remodeled and you can see they are working on the property.

First off the bathroom door was hanging off it's hinges, a vent in the bathroom had toilet paper covering it,the bedding wasn't changed in four days that we were there A/C worked at 61°. And baby roaches all over. Couldn't walk outside with out someone asking for a cigarette or money. The curtains were stained and wouldn't close properly, the peep hole in the door was busted out with toilet paper stuffed in it.two bars of soap and bottle of shampoo to last 2 people 4 days. Never did bring clean towels. Toilet seat was loose. The mirror was horrible couldn't see anything (not like I'm anything to look at) but come on. Well if you want a very cheap place to stay in Augusta Georgia this is the place to stay, Just remember you get what you pay for Cheap low maintained, But very friendly people.Enjoy your stay.

First off let me say the staff were very friendly. However, I had requested a no smoking room, the room I got smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The toilet seat was only hanging on by one screw, the bottom of the bathroom door had been kicked in and was missing. The tub was dirty, there were still hairs in the tub and attached to the shower curtain. The pool was shut down, supposedly waiting to be inspected. I will not stay here again. The price was cheap at only $60 per night, that should have been my first red flag.

DO NOT STAY at this hotel it is appalling and unhabitable. Rooms are really poor quality, the sink had a hole in it, the toilet had chips in the seat. No toilet roll was provided. There was a large break in the top. The curtains were stained. The lug socket hanging off the wall - a major electrical hazard that could be deadly. The furniture was old, chipped and very battered. No locks on the doors, No safe provided. Felt very unsafe. Goodness knows what was growing and living in the mattress. Out of 3 nights we only stayed one as it was late and we had travelled all day. Left as quickly as possible, Avoid this one.
