Decepção com a infraestrutura e o atendimento. Pagamos mais caro por um quarto de categoria superior (6º andar) buscando mais conforto, mas a internet simplesmente não funcionava. A recepção informou que todos os quartos dessa categoria ficavam naquele andar sem sinal. Aceitamos um downgrade temporário apenas para ter conexão, mas o novo quarto tinha um odor insuportável de cigarro, tornando a troca inviável. O pior de tudo foi o atendimento: o recepcionista tratou o problema com sarcasmo e deboche. Em resumo: o hotel não entrega a estrutura que promete e a equipe tem total falta de profissionalismo.
