Never returning

Front desk was rude. Almost refused me after stating multiple times I made a reservation online. The door did not lock. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The mattress was hard. The pillows were flat. The AC was bad. The hairdryer almost caught fire. The carpet was sticky? How do you make a whole Capet sticky??

Horrendous

This was by far and large the worst experience I’d ever had. The room was abysmal, with stains literally everywhere, the Comforter had at least 13 cigarette burns in it, and was stained to the point of unsuitability, the refrigerator didn’t work (and had towels in it), the door sealant was broke, the room constantly smelled of smoke, the couch was stained. I could go on but I’m limited in characters. I read the reviews, which must have been faked by ownership, and convinced myself to get the room for value. Never again. Avoid this like the PLAGUE! You’re likely to catch it here!

Difference between "no-frills" and unacceptable

My reservation was split by accident so i had 2 different reservation numbers. One person told me this was fine at check in. The next morning i was humiliated and had to wait at the window by the office being accused of over-staying and not paying a for second night. Even when i showed both reciepts. I even offered to write the confirmation numbers down. That was just the reception. The air conditioning was broken and made the room damp. The door was broken an i had to be let in and it didnt lock once in the room. The bed linens had some substance and about 30 burn holes in it i couldn't tell but i had my own. Luckily. Maids just walked in without notice 2 times. Just all around not great. Did not bother to stay the second night and left.

Booked through Expedia and called to confirm if an early check in was available; was instructed by desk clerk they don’t have any rooms and hung up. I called back and they said they didn’t book it , I did and they don’t have any rooms; I advised but it shows availability and then asked for a refund; was told no refund can be provided.

This hotel is everything I love the rooms and the stay and the staff is excellent especially the lady who is always there she is so nice.

The staff was extremely rude. She called the police on me while waiting on my refund to leave which she had offered when she called me in my room to raise her voice to me that I was trying to ruin her business when expedia asked me how my check in was. I gave it basically a 3/5 and then told me that if I didn't like it I should turn in my key to get a refund.When I turned in the key she wouldn't give me the refund that she promised and called the police on me. I waited to speak with the officer and when he got there he went straight into the office where she had started to cry as if I had done anything to her. I never even raised my voice. Do not go here. We had 4 people in 2 rooms next to each other and she threatened to call the police when the woman rooming with me went to the next room to talk to our friends.There is a no visitor policy but we were all paying tenants, not visitors.
