I stayed in a single room, which had a balcony with nice views over the mountains. The room was good size with a single bed, table and a chair. and also a spacy wardrobe. The whole room, and the toilet was very clean. Free parking for car or motorbike. The staff was very polite and helpful. In general was very good. Recommended

I LOVE this hotel. All members of staff are really helpful. The facilities in this hotel are endless, there are lots of swimming pools to suit everyone all heated 2 outdoor, splash park and water slide indoors, many games in the sport pub, I can go on forever. I will stay there again whenever I'm in Innsbruck. The level of service is beyond 5*. Great place, near most ski pistes, train station and town centre. Highly recommend. Anthonio Mandika.

I was upgraded from a single room to a double room since there was a baby crying next door 😊 fantastic breakfast, large gym and great common premises. Unfortunately, the sauna+spa was not open in the evening when I arrived or the morning I left, so that I couldn’t experience. Anyway, I can recommend!

The best spa resort in the mountains

I absolutely loved my stay at Alpenpark and I would stay here again and again if I could (can I live here?) I fell in love with it as soon as I arrived, a beautiful resort nestled in the valley between all the beautiful mountain ranges and ski resorts. I was here in the summer so no snow in town but there was already some in the higher up mountains. It was like a postcard out my window. Such a beautiful and cozy hotel and with free access to the spa, you just can’t beat it! I spent an entire day in the adults spa; steam room, different levels of saunas, Himalayan salt room, two heated pools. There’s a bowling alley, arcade area, multiple bars, golf simulator. They really have it all for all ages! I would definitely return again. Easily walkable to town and easy to get to and from Innsbruck via train.

Wonderful family hotel

We are a family with a 5 year old and had a lovely stay. This hotel is absolutely geared toward kiddos with a kid club that has daily activities, a massive field for soccer/frisbee/whatever, two trampolines, an outdoor and indoor play area, bowling, game room, family pool, and more. It would be tough to participate in all of the activities during a single stay! The staff is super friendly and everything is made for families and kids (including the kid-size bath robes). The location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk to downtown's restaurants and shops. We felt that the room price was a great value though did not participate in the breakfast/dinner options so can't comment on that. The Wifi was usable but a bit flakey, maybe just due to the location of our room. Overall we loved this hotel and appreciated their family/kid focus and the very kind staff.
