The property needs a little bit of maintenance especially considering that is often fully booked. Rooms still in 80' style which I enjoyed. NO AIR CONDITIONING so good luck in case of heat. Double glazed windows are not enough to save from noise due the presence of the train station and traffic/bars and restaurants. Location strategic.

The only good thing I can say is the location which is right next to the main train station. The hotel is old and not quite good maintainance. Noisy without sound prove. Very uncomfortable. Room is small and not unclean. Breakfast is very simple. I have to go to McDonald after. I am not recommend this hotel.

Perfect location after a late night arrival, close to the station. That said, there are some unsavoury characters near the station at night! Very loud and no air con so had to open windows, thus making it louder. Door didn't lock on close, only when I was in. Hotel is dated but was cheap and its Paris so no issues

Hotel right across the road from the railway station so ideal for a one night stay before or after your train. Staff helpful and was given a large room with comfortable twin beds. Room and bathroom was clean apart from black hairs on the sofa, possibly dog hairs. Plenty of bars and restaurants round the hotel.

I enjoyed my week’s stay at this hotel. It is conveniently situated opposite the Gare du Nord, which makes it easy to get to from Charles de Gaulle airport using the RER, and so there is ready access to both the RER and the Métro for visiting other parts of Paris. Shops, bars, restaurants etc. in the area are plentiful. My room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the breakfasts. The hotel staff were polite and friendly.
