They gave us a room where they were doing roof repairs and the noise since 7am was unbearable. They closed the parking lot and the entrances to the apartment, which made it difficult for us since we were carrying a baby, luggages and groceries.

Came up for 5 days for my birthday. Originally we was planning to stay futher out, but changed our mind and decided to stay somewhere closer to all the attractions and stores. We're glad we did, the one bedroom we stayed in was very spacious, clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Checked in at 10:15pm. Was told we could not get a pack and play past 10pm..I had to make a bed for my baby on the FLOOR. This hotel is right between Disney. Obviously families are traveling with children and my baby was on my reservation and should have had a safe, clean space to sleep. There was nothing they could do for us. Also our room 235C Horrible. Parking lot spotlight shines directly into your bedroom at night. Like a literal police spotlight. I asked for a curtain they never brought one or did anything about it. We got horrible sleep. Missed an entire day of Disney because we couldmy even rest to wake up early enough to go.
