There was no remote and fortunately the woman tried but to no avail we couldnt get a working remote. So i asked the next day at the desk if they could give us more towels and a remote and seemed like there was no remote for the tv at all. Anytime i tried to get a person at the front desk besides daytime it was like pulling teeth. Tried to do a late checkout and called multiple times to the point where a the cleaning lady picked up and there was no one there. So past 11 im about to get in the shower to leave and this man knocks on the door and proceeds to open it before i even get to it, what if i had been naked and this man just barged in before i could even get to the door. The rooms arent that big so it wouldnt have taken me to long to answer if he had just waited. Its crazy you guys are so ready to kick someone out but any other time you cannot be reached. He proceeds to tell me when i get to the desk to checkout that he apologizes for what happened but im already done with you guys so he could of saved those apologies.
