A lot of people loitering outside. The room smelt like smoke and there were roaches on the ac unit, in the toilet and crawling around in the restroom. Do not recommend staying at this hotel!!!!

We had a burner bring us to the hotel at 11:30 pm after a long flight. The first room had a small live roach on the floor and on the counter . I asked for another room . The hall smelt like a cigarette party was going on. Then second room had a roach in the wall . I was disgusted. We did not have a car and to Kate to move to another hotel . I was given roach spray to spray the room that nearly choked us out. I woke up to another roach in the wall . I have pictures if needed. Can I be reimbursed for this horrible experience?

I stayed here because it's meant to support low-income families, but the cleanliness and strong smell of the room was disappointing. The room was only semi-cleaned—no dusting or disinfecting appeared to have been done. There were dust balls hanging from the ceiling, and the bathroom fan was completely clogged with dust. Surfaces like the countertops, nightstand, and kitchen area were visibly dirty. When I used my own Clorox wipes, they came up covered in grime. Unfortunately, once you pay, you can't get a refund even if you decide to leave early. The only positive part of my stay was the two front desk ladies who were very kind and helpful. The manager, on the other hand, seemed more focused on leaving at 4 PM than addressing concerns. If it weren’t for the helpful front desk staff and the no-refund policy, I would have left.

The room was dirty,room looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in months..no pillows on the bed....the constant smell of dope was sad...elevator always tied up due to kids playing on it...rooms are not quite due to people living at the hotel...front desk lady was cool...this was definitely the worst and last stay at a WoodSpring...

What make this place so special is the young guys working there. The manager lady not so much but everyone else was fantastic. We were there for a week and hated leaving the staff they made our stay fantastic.

The road construction is an issue. It is not the hotels fault. Future travelers need to allow time to get in and out of the property. Great management and friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and had me checked in inwas in my room very quick. Room was clean and my stay was very quiet and relaxing. However you do have to provide all your own hygiene which wasnt an issue but might be for some. They didnt have any of the little soaps etc etc
