Do not stay here

When we checked in and made it up to our room there were cockroaches on the floors, walls and ceiling. We immediately went back down stairs to inform Mr. Courtney, the night staff, that we would not be staying.

Good for what you pay for

The hotel smelled like smoke, the sheets clearly weren’t changed. Booked from Saturday -Sunday called to confirm I can arrive anytime to check in Sunday she said yes they supposedly have 24/7staff if not to call and someone will be there in an hour I arrived at 4 am no one was there called for 1 hour all my meals that were peppered for the week went to trash. Slept in the car while I had a whole hotel PAID for. No smart Tv. Overall I guess you get what u pay for.

The hallway was smelly, back door not secure, no appliances, hdmi is blocked cannot use portable devices on tv. Water pressure was horrible. I will not visiting this place again!

The hotel is invested with roaches, I had to kill 5 roaches, they were crawling on the walls and bed, will never stay at this brand again. I told the front desk, but she did nothing.

Reception area is decent. Receptionist was quick and offered great service but once you enter those second doors it just smells horrible. I understand it’s an extended stay but the stank is bad. When we entered our room there was tiny roaches in the restroom. If I had to go again, I would not stay in this property.

El olor de todo el hotel era horrible, un olor demasiado fuerte, el cuarto en cuanto llegué estaba lleno de cucarachas muertas por todos lados y cuando me refiero a muchas eran bastantes! Nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto y estuvo un poco mejor, pero ya el siempre hecho de los olores y cucarachas, no sabía si el el cuarto era higiénico y todo le causó desconfianza 👎
