Not clean at all and got a wake up call to the fire alarm going off for almost an hour in the middle of the night (12am), and absolutely had zero instructions on knowing if it was a false alarm or if we needed to get out. The place was clean and either updated or pretty new. Staff were reasonably nice, even if a little disinterested. The furnishings were nice, the room clean and comfortable, and everything worked like (I think) it was designed. There was no hot water to the kitchen, but I'm not sure there was meant to me. The biggest issue is that this place was billed as an extended stay-type place with a kitchen so we could cook our own meals. While there was exactly the fridge I expected, exactly the stove I expected, and a microwave...there were precisely ZERO pots, pans, trays, cutting boards or anything else that you'd expect to have for even a small kitchen. And that's not all...precisely ZERO plates, bowls, cups, knives, spoons...etc. BUT, there were 3 forks. So there was that. Nice place, reasonably priced, great location for what we needed...just not quite as advertised in terms of functionality as a mini-apartment.

Not a good visit, my room was very dirty! I cleaned everything, but the floor which was really nasty with yellow and brown stuff and hair on the towel, I used to wipe some water. The tub, shower curtain, sinks, even the bedside table and the other table had dirt or something really nasty on them!

I liked the fact that they had laundry facilies on site. Most of the staff were very nice. It was clean, but very old. I did not like the fact that they didn't clean your room, but maybe once a week. They hardly ever had clean towels to exchange for used ones. No breakfast even though they advertised grab and go. They ran out of toilet paper, so you had to provide your own.You had to take your own trash out to the dumpster.

This has had to be the most unsanitary and disgusting place I have ever seen. From the hotel lobby to the rooms. I checked out as soon as opened the door and was greeted with a GROUP of roaches. 0/10 would not recommend!

Air was good. The kitchen did not have any pans or anything at that for me to cook. The floors were so dirty looked like they have not been cleaned or moped in a long time. The tv was so small and the tv was so far from the beds and so low. The elevator did not work I have to walk all the way to the 4th floor with my little kids every time I left and came back I didn’t enjoy my stay at all!

Staff had very little knowledge of customer service. had the room booked for 3 nights and they tried to tell me it was for night. tried to charge me a cleaning fee because they claimed i left trash outside my door(rooms on the 3rd floor remind you.)but that was false. manger stated that was my first warning, as if i was a toddler being corrected. wifi didnt work so had to use my mobile hotspot just to watch tv. which was horrible to say. No channels. i wish i could have spent money somewhere else. please check this place before you book, the pictures are not what they look like. one of the worst places.

On the 3rd floor elevator did not work we booked our hotel on your website for nonsmoking that did not happen. I was told first come first served which I’ve never heard of I really need a refund I have spine issues had to walk up 3 flights of stairs my daughter has asthma in a room that was pouring out smoke may I add the whole 3rd floor is a smoking floor! Let not forget the wrestling team that stayed above us I had to complain on 6 times just stumping and wrestling all not worse experience! Thanks to the front desk guy who did let me get a late check out which was a reasonable price.
