Place is clean and well kept but there is No Lobby or Coffee anywhere. More of an extended stay facility then a traveler place to stay. No coffee maker in Room. NO Breakfast available.

We went to the sprint car races and came home at 2am and as per usual we were pretty dirty from the races, all we wanted was a warm shower and the best we got was cool water and no shampoo. I don’t ask much from hotels as I’m only there a few hours to get a little rest and move on all I want is some climate control, a comfortable bed and a clean shower that puts out proper temp of water and a small bottle of shampoo/soap bar. For $150 your property should be able to deliver that.

Was alright, there was a really weird reddish brown stain at the bottom of the sheets that I guess they hoped no one would see, the floor was pretty dirty, and there was an opened toilet paper wrapper under the bed (which the mattress was bigger than the frame and hung off a bit.) I would never want to book a ground level one again as someone was BANGING on the window at around 5-6 AM on 3/10. No one is at the front desk in the morning (it was shut) but they're outside smoking. So it was a mid tier experience, but it was also a last minute booking so maybe thats on me.

SECURITY ISSUES!!!

I only had this hotel booked for one night. I had an event to attend that night so I didn’t get back to the hotel and to sleep until around 4:30am. Around 7:30am I was woken up to someone trying to get into my room. I assume it was an employee because their key card worked. If I wouldn't have had the top latch shut, whoever this person was would have had full access to my room while I was asleep. I got up and looked out the peep hole but didn’t see anyone. Then I had a knock on the door at 9:30am from a staff member “confirming I was checking out at 11:00am” - what kind of hotel does this?! I booked it for one night, OF COURSE I WILL BE CHECKING OUT. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel, unless you like random people gaining access to your room while you sleep.

Disgusting if you're thinking think twice

One of the worst experiences I've ever had the air conditioner didn't work it smelled like pets all through the place not only did the air conditioner didn't work in my room they did not have the air going in the hallway so it made the pet smell even worse when I came out to see what I could do about the air conditioner not working the armed guard I said guard like whoa never had one of those before and they say it's a city ordinance but it really isn't because none of the other hotels in Arnold have armed guards been to everyone of them and then they tried to play like I'm stupid like I don't know how to use an air conditioner requested a refund and was denied actually she hung up on me

First when I went to pay I kept getting told that my card wasn't going thru they kept running my card even though I told them I would use another one. My card ended up with over 800 dollars being charged so now a month later I still have pending charges for 640 dollars waiting to be credited back I called the corporate office who called the hotel who lied and said that my card was not charged that many times and I said yes it was I have the proof I screenshot it and sent the proof to the corporate office they got the email was on the phone with them open the email and saw that the charges are still pending confronted the person from the hotel and they still lying so they didn't do it meanwhile I'm at 640 it's been over a month waiting for it to get credited back then the fire alarm went off which I totally understand but it went off all night long and all day the next day no apology no hey we're sorry we're going to credit you a half a day we're going to credit you a day no nothing and the staff in my opinion is very rude

What a joke!!! And they have roaches

Our stay was absolutely horrible, the whole time we were there we couldn’t use our toilet due to it being stopped up also the shower was draining slow so by the time you got done you were standing in water up to your ankles, we let them know not long after we checked in that it was having problems said they would have the maintenance guy come up and fix it. We left and come back later, they said it was fixed, it was not, it was flushing better but took awhile to go down, I let them know a 2nd time that it was stopped up. So they had the maintenance guy go up again, this time he apparently pulled the toilet and found Qtips in it. Got back later that night and it was working fine, probably due to him having to shopvac it out so there was room for water in the drain pipe. Woke up the next morning to use the bathroom, again it was backing up, the shower was never fixed. Let them know a 3rd time it was messed up and they said the maintenance man would go up again, I asked to be moved if it wasnt fixed this time and she said she would figure something out for us to be moved, got back later after being out to take a break in our room and what do ya know the guy was never there and was still messed up, asked to be moved and was told they couldn’t until he looked at it for the 3rd time, got back that night and couldn’t even use the bathroom was gonna call from our room but guess what THE PHONE DIDNT WORK EITHER. But as you can imagine still had to pay full price for that sh#thole!
