This was the worst experience I’ve ever had checking in at any hotel ever. There was no one at the desk when I arrived around 9:00 pm the window was down with a sign saying no rooms available. A young lady walked up from the hall and said yeah we don’t have any clean rooms, so I said it’s a reservation she said I heard that but we don’t have any clean rooms. There was not an ounce of concern or care, she had on some shorts and a bonnet on her head and the attitude matched the presentation which is sad and disgusting. She kept telling me that I booked through a third party and they will let anything go thru just to get paid and they will refund my money once she cancels the reservation like us not having a place to sleep after driving several hours didn’t even matter. I contacted the property directly on their phone number and that guy said well if they don’t have clean rooms that’s why she’s telling you that like it’s acceptable. Then hotels was telling me they can’t help me because I chose pay at the property which I didn’t I prepaid online. So this was a horrible experience I had to drive around and find and pay for another room which is ridiculous. Never again will I book here nor recommend them to anyone

I booked this site using Hotels.com. When I arrived at the property they had the office locked with no staff anywhere to be found. We attempted to call the property phone number and it was disconnected. We contacted hotels.com and they refused to give a refund for our stay without the hotels approval (they were also unable to reach the hotel). I have no been refunded for this stay and have no been able to get in touch with anyone at the property in regard to getting my money back. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY NOR HOTELS.COM this was definitely a scam that ended up costing me money and time.

The prices for the rooms are a little bit pricey for the condition of the rooms. There were roaches in my room. The washer and dryer are expensive. The alarm kept getting on my nerves. It would just go off in our room if someone else were cooking and there alarm went off. It's extremely loud. I don't like the fact that the housekeepers doesn't have to come to your room if you're an extended stay to do anything to your room, don't ask if you need any essentials at all. We have to go to the front desk to get whatever we need. That's stupid to me. We're still guests. They never have replacement towels or sheets. You have to wait all day to get anything.

The parking area is safe. The cleanliness of the hotel is a 3 out of 5. The housekeeping staff doesn’t come to your room at all to see if you need anything at all, nor do they come to change the linens and sheets out, and we've been here for a week.

Ive stayed at property and decided to stay again based off the experience I had. 👎I was woken up out of my sleep by a noisy neighbor who decided it was ok to blast her music at 7:30 am in the morning!!!!!!!!! I politely knocked on her door to turn it down and she was very disrespectful and rude and her room smelled like weed. . I had to call the police for them to de-escalate the problem. Once from desk staff got in I told them of the complaint. No apology or anything. Smh
