I booked this site using Hotels.com. When I arrived at the property they had the office locked with no staff anywhere to be found. We attempted to call the property phone number and it was disconnected. We contacted hotels.com and they refused to give a refund for our stay without the hotels approval (they were also unable to reach the hotel). I have no been refunded for this stay and have no been able to get in touch with anyone at the property in regard to getting my money back. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY NOR HOTELS.COM this was definitely a scam that ended up costing me money and time.

The prices for the rooms are a little bit pricey for the condition of the rooms. There were roaches in my room. The washer and dryer are expensive. The alarm kept getting on my nerves. It would just go off in our room if someone else were cooking and there alarm went off. It's extremely loud. I don't like the fact that the housekeepers doesn't have to come to your room if you're an extended stay to do anything to your room, don't ask if you need any essentials at all. We have to go to the front desk to get whatever we need. That's stupid to me. We're still guests. They never have replacement towels or sheets. You have to wait all day to get anything.
