The hotel is really well located, near the city's shopping district. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, and breakfast is delicious. The bath is really nice, and the view of the city is beautiful. I will definitely consider returning to this hotel if I get the chance.

Next to a mile long covered shoppkng street that contects to another covered street that ends at the local train station. On the street with a street ca that goes to Dogo Onsen,Castle is a short walk away to take the cable car. Breakfast was good, had a mens and womens onsen. The front desk is on the top floor. 部屋は可もなく不可もなく普通です。 お風呂場のタイルがぬるぬる。清掃が不十分。目の前で滑って転んだ人がいた。サウナがぬるくて汗も出ない。 清掃スタッフが日本人でないのかも知れないが態度が悪い。3-5人くらいで客が通るエレベーターの近くで喋っていて、こちらがあいさつをしても知らん顔！ また、使ったタオルなどドアの外に置いて部屋の中は清掃いらないと直接頼んだのに、部屋に入られたようで、驚いた。　部屋の掃除はテレビから申し込むと後から聞いて驚いた。最初になにも説明もなかった。

良かった点 ①とても落ち着いた高級感のあるホテルでした。 ②無料の氷サービスも暑かったので助かりました。 ③初めてエレベーターにキーパスで宿泊階へ行けるセキュリティのものに出会ったので感心しました。 ④お風呂も同じくパスワードが無いと入れない仕組みでちょっと007な気分でした。（褒めてる） ⑤朝食ビュッフェも多岐に渡り美味しかったです。 ⑥雨が降っていたので貸し傘を借りました。ありがたい ⑦朝風呂にも入りたいからタオルのおかわりがを欲しいというとこちらも無料でもらえました、ありがとう ⑧街中なので大街道にすぐで楽しかったです、もう少し後だったら土曜夜市（6/21〜？）もあるらしいのでもっと楽しかっただろうなぁ これはどうなんだろうって点 ホテルの説明文などをよく見てなかったのも非があるのでほとんどこちらの早とちりですが… ❶スカイスパ、露天風呂のワードで愛媛だし温泉だと思っていたらただの水道ですごい感じに露天風呂のことを書いていたのでとても開放感があるお風呂なんだろうと思っていたらガッツリ囲われていて高い天井の先だけが吹き抜けの、これは…露天風呂なのか…？という感想です。 ❷駐車場が無いのは盲点でした、うちはシエンタなので高さ制限があるかも知れないということでホテルから離れた別の契約してる駐車場へ行きましたが、街中と言う事もあり不慣れな人はぐるぐる回る羽目になります。 ❸4人で宿泊しましたがSベッドのツインでは4人はキツイので外した方が良いのでは…？ ❹これはホテル関係ないけど街中過ぎる故にめちゃ人だかり、キャッチの方もすごいしつこいみたいで逃げてきました。こえー 結果トータルで見ても満足です。 ありがとうございました、勉強になります。

繁華街が近くて夕食は便利でした。松山城までもすぐで観光には抜群。ホテル内はオシャレで大浴場でも仕事の疲れを癒されました。 ただ、残念な事は2点。 アメニティーは、フロントに置かれた歯ブラシとティーバック程度の種類のみ、ミネラルウォーターは無し。 フロントのスタッフの対応も淡々としていて、時間差でチェックインした友人も同じ感想、お値段の割に全体的にホスピタリティーを感じられませんでした。 松山は見どころ満載で、また観光で来たいけれど、こちらはもう利用しないです。
