Located near the Cathedral in the Old Town, close to La Playa Concha. Very walkable. Clean, comfortable, no frills accommodations. Quiet neighborhood with cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The Guesthouse was OK. The room clean and the bed was good. But I had an incident with the check in process. I received an email with three codes. One to open the front door, one to open the door of the guest house and another for my room. The problem was that the door to the guest house would not open. There was a phone number to call so I did. The person answering the phone, instead of recognizing there was something wrong with the code, insisted I try the wrong code several times. I told the person about 3 or 4 times the code was maybe the problem, but instead of offering a new code, he kept insisting I was the one making the mistake when typing the code. He escalated the situation without a reason talking to me like if I were a child. This made me guess this incident might happen quite frequently and they assume automatically the guest is making the mistake, so I felt the person was not really listening to me. So, if anyone books, double check the codes.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, je n'ai pas eu besoin de prendre les transports en commun depuis la gare aux différents et principaux lieux à visiter. Passé l'entrée d'un immeuble du XIXth century (?), la pension Donostierra est située sur le pallier du 1ier étage. La chambre est propre de même que la salle de bain avec WC. Tout y est. Un petit balcon permet d'avoir une vue sur rue. La rue est très calme pendant la nuit. Très bonne expérience.

Clean and comfortable stay in a great location The place was tidy and well-kept, with a reliable air conditioner that kept the room comfortable. The location is very convenient—within walking distance to all the main attractions and activities. The bathroom was quite small, but it was clean and functional. Just a heads-up: the check-in process involves a digital system, which might be a bit tricky for some guests.

The property was super cute and super easy to access, walking distance from everything. Stayed 2 nights and there was no one there overnight but staff was present during the early day to change towels, clean the room and more. The cleanliness was decent not a 10/10 but definitely not filthy, just clean. There is a small common area as well for a coffee and somewhere to relax other than your room. Overall I give it a 10/10 for the location and the experience we had overall.
