The building feels outdated and the surrounding area isn’t inviting.
The elevator opens into dark, dim hallways, and the wall-to-wall carpets haven’t been vacuumed properly — you can see dirt on them.
The rooms lack charm, with stains on the toilets, poorly done silicone around the fixtures, and a sweet, suffocating smell despite the no-smoking policy.
The reception area looks more like an office than a hotel lobby.
The bedroom had poor lighting, and one of the bulbs didn’t work.
One of the towels had a hole in it, and overall the towels weren’t white and looked old and tired. The sheets felt the same.
The kitchen was relatively clean, but the sink fixtures haven’t been replaced in a long time.
Overall, the place doesn’t feel clean. Really disappointing.
