Conveniently located next to Baixa-Chiado metro. Lots of eateries close by. Rossio square is a five minute walk. Staff were friendly and approachable. On Friday, the staff offered small cups of port wine which was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and towels were changed daily. Rooms and bathroom were compact as is usually the case with many European hotels. Lifts were working.

The location was perfect. Baixa-Chiaro metro station is around the corner, Rossio train station is 5 min walk away. Also many good restaurants are 10 mins away by walking.
