Lovely Historic Property! Our Junior Suite exceptional in every aspect! Concierge and Historian, Adam, is a brilliant, knowledgeable and entertaining hotel tour guide! A true asset to the Hotel Team! Manager, Miss Betsy, went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly memorable weekend stay! Server, Alex and Bartender Felicia, made us feel truly welcomed and their service was outstanding! The property was absolutely beautiful 😍. The staff were great, specifically Gary, in the lounge/bar area, and Marissa and Alaina, the night desk ladies. Gary continously made us feel welcomed, making sure we were taken care of during our dining times, and even spoke with us a bit on our last evening. Marissa spoke in length with us about the history and paranormal experiences as well as Alaina. They truly embraced the "Customer First" practice. Definitely will recommend and visit again.
