What a lovely hotel in a quiet area of District 7. Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are great, comfortable and quiet. 2 small issues were with the TV - very old and needs replacing (speakers were whistling) and the power to the room would occasionally cut out - lights would flicker, TV would restart. Totally recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable for a boutique hotel. My only concern is that there is only 1 small lift to serve all the hotel guests and the fire exit is rather narrow in case of any emergency. 何度か利用しています。部屋の中は若干皮脂臭を感じますし、時々アリが上がってくることがありますが、安いので十分許容でき、こんなものだと思っています。シャワーは若干水圧が弱いのとなかなかお湯にならないですが、これも値段の安さで許してしまいます。フロントの人やドアマンは親切で、掃除のおばさんも愛想がよく、不快に思うことはありませんでした。朝ごはんはあまりレパートリーがなさそうだったので、近くのコンビニで買って済ませました。総じて快適に過ごせました。
