Hotel Avra is a no-frills, great-value hotel with a very acceptable restaurant right on the shore. It is 50m from a beach, 100m from the ferry dock and 150m from the most interesting part of Aegina town. And yet it is quiet with good insulation and a/c. The view from the balconies is as good as it gets and the location is superb. Elefteria is a friendly and helpful hostess and her staff are quietly efficient. There might be better Rooms on the island - but not for these prices.

Aegina its got the lot

It was great, Avra a lovely family business, loved it, terrific position close to docks, the ruins of ancient town the old harbour now a great beach and swimming pool, watch the sun set from the balcony, Trips to Poros, Hydra, The beautiful temple, bus ride away 2 euros. downside; The beach side restaurant needs a bit of work, I know they can do it. Athens 45minutes away by hydrofoil.

Great location

Hotel Avra is a lovely hotel with a great location in Aegina Town. It's a short walk from all the restaurants but also in a quiet part of town. Even though my room was on the backside of the hotel, it still had a lovely view of the port. The room was basic, perfect for anyone traveling who wants a clean and comfortable place to sleep while they adventure during the day.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Comodo a tutto, dalla vicinanza all'attracco delle navi e quindi al centro di Aegina e alle due spiagge. Caratteristico con il ristorante nella omonima spiaggia di fronte. Se si desidera un posto tranquillo a 200 metri dal centro è l'ideale. Se dovessi tornare nell'isola riprenoterei qui

Πολύ φιλική υποδοχή, άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό και χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Η πόρτα στο μπάνιο μας είχε πρόβλημα, όπως και το καζανάκι. Για διαμονή μίας νύχτας δεν μας απασχόλησαν ωστόσο. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία,ασφαλές και ήσυχο.

Απαράδεκτοι οι ιδιοκτήτες οι οποίοι το δούλευαν.Αγενέστατοι.Ενδεικτικά: Διατηρούσαν κ ψαροταβέρνα απο κάτω κ μας είπαν να τρώμε εκεί.Όταν μας έβλεπαν να τρώμε κάτι άλλο μόνο που δεν έβριζαν. Το ξενοδοχείο παλιό κ το δωμάτιο ερείπιο.Πατζούρια σάπια που δεν έκλειναν κ πόμολα που έμεναν στο χέρι. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού σίγουρα 20ετίας.Κοιμόμουν σε λακούβα. Δεν το συστήνω.Το μόνο πλάς οι κοπέλες που εργάζονταν στην καθαριότητα των δωματίων.Ευγενέστατες,χαμογελαστές..

Fantastisk udsigt i et gammelt og hyggeligt hotel.

Fantastisk hotel - godt nok lidt gammelt og slidt, men super sød service fra det familiejet sted OG en helt fantastisk udsigt fra de værelser, som ligger ud til vandet. Hotellet ligger i strandkanten, og tæt på havnen, så det er ideelt til "ø-hop". Virkelig en positiv oplevelse.
