The Atlantis Under the Sea room was amazing! The small touches like the speakers over the round bed, fishtanks and steam shower made it special!

The staff was fine i was staying there with my wife. Nothing out of the ordinary. Tell i noticed a few bugs flying ground. Which is normal this time of year. I started drawing a bath and notice a few more bugs and continued. Once I had gotten out i noticed there was an overwhelming amount. We had lifted the covers and there was an astonishing amount of insects and bugs.discusting! We had to leave immediately. Nice room just not cleanly at all.

The themed room is unique and a fun stay. We did have a hard time getting in and out of the round bed. We had to scoot our butts and roll out of bed for the most part. We're old so it was tough. We enjoyed the daily breakfast that was brought to our room in a cute basket.

This place is a must stay. We have stayed in a lot of hotels but this one is awesome. The staff are great and the rooms are to die for. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying there again. I give this a 5 star.

This property was beautiful and the room was amazing! Super deep and big jacuzzi tub/shower! I wish the area nearby was a bit nicer, but we were able to walk to a nice sushi place nearby. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The room and property is very clean and comfortable. Parking is a little sketchy. Better instructions from the desk on where to park would have been appreciated.

Wild West

Very nice stay. The room was spacious and had plenty of places to sit. Each room at the hotel has a theme so that was very interesting, did not realize how extensive that would be. Everyone who worked there was very nice. The immediate area around the hotel worked out very well for us, nice park across the street to walk to. However, nothing really was around the hotel. I will give a shout out to Bubba’s Italian restaurant. It was close by and very good.

The themed rooms are great. The attention to details was amazing. The rooms offer a unique experience for your stay. The rooms are also quiet and you don't hear noise from surrounding rooms. Breakfast has several different options that are delivered to your room at a time that you can schedule. We would definitely stay again and try out a different room. 🙂

What a fantastic place to stop or stay for a while! Had we known there was so much to do in our room, we would have stayed another day. If we’re ever driving through, or maybe even on a whim, we would definetly come back here

Loved everything about this inn! The Romeo and Juliet suite was beautiful and romantic. We felt very welcomed at the front desk and when we stepped into the room. The details in the artwork and finishes were very exquisite and appreciated. The whole space was meticulously clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. To top it off, they dropped off a very nice complimentary breakfast nestled in a basket at our door allowing us to enjoy the suite to the last possible moment. This is a must stay at place if you are ever in Pocatello. It is a wonderful experience and an excellent value.

Feeling Like I Spent a Day in a Fairy Tale

We recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Black Swan and it truly felt like we stepped into a fairy tale for a day. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful and quiet, a perfect escape from the city buzz. The building itself was stunning, with a beautiful garden featuring a lovely fountain. It was picturesque! Inside our room, everything was exactly as we had seen when booking online. It perfectly matched the photos and descriptions, which was fantastic. I was there with my sister, and we had a wonderful time, but honestly, I kept thinking how absolutely magical it would be to visit with a significant other. It's such a romantic spot! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Another big plus for us was how safe the neighborhood felt. Being in a place that felt secure really added to the overall comfort and peace of mind during our stay. We had such a memorable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and enchanting getaway.

A couples getaway

My wife and I needed a little us time and the Black Swan Inn provided the perfect getaway. The Garden Suite was wonderful, full of amenaties, and provided a beautiful setting for some time to ourselves. I can't recommend them enough.

There was nothing negative to say about our stay. We had the wild west room and couldn't fault a thing. Staff were so friendly and professional. Breakfast was even delivered to our room.
