The Glamping tent was well equipped with mini bar , tea & coffee and milk. THe bathroom ammenities were excellent with white fluffy towels and the bed was possibly the best I have ever slept in. We thoroughlu enjoyed our stay at the koala sanctuary. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, comfortable amd well equipped. The staff were enthusiastic, pleasant and knowledgable. Nelson and Anna Bay are beautiful beaches nearby and we enjoyed our dolohon cruise and visit Tamoora natioan park. It was great to support the excellent work done by the centre by staying here. Highly recommended

This property is amazing. So comfortable, clean, with a breakfast basket and late check in possibilities. The access to koalas is unprecedented. What a great place. The only downside is the poor signal/wifi/phone connection but that is not something the facility can do anything about.

Overall, I can't find any faults with this place. Communication was excellent from booking to the end of my stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the place is meticulously clean and tidy. Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.

It was lovely and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was perfect. The grouting between the floor tiles in our bathroom needed to be redone, it looked a bit mouldy. We couldn’t connect to the wifi from our room. The koalas were gorgeous. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be going back!
