I was treated extremely well by all the staff. They were incredibly accommodating to me to make my stay great. They honoured a late check out which was very convenient for me to plan my day. The staff in the restaurant also took the time to get to know me and make me feel very welcome. The hotel is well situated for the beach and for other needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Let's say that I got what I paid for. This hotel has seen better days. Unit was run down. Rusty taps, hard mattress, scratchy, old towels. Location was good - a block from the beach and near restaurants and other amenities. Ok breakfast for Brazilian standards - just brace yourself for loud music while eating. Staff was ok - not awful but not great.

Minha experiência não foi positiva. O hotel, de modo geral, aparenta falta de cuidado com limpeza e manutenção. No meu quarto, havia presença de baratas na pia da cozinha, o que é algo bastante grave. Relatei a situação ao responsável, inclusive mostrando fotos e vídeos. Apesar de ele ter mencionado a possibilidade de troca de apartamento e prometido uma limpeza, nenhuma providência efetiva foi tomada, pois ao retornar o problema continuava. Faltou mais profissionalismo, agilidade e responsabilidade na resolução. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, que frequentemente atrasava a abertura, prejudicando quem tinha compromissos cedo, como passeios. De forma geral, acredito que o hotel precisa melhorar bastante em organização, limpeza e atendimento. Não tive uma boa experiência, não voltaria e não recomendo.

A única coisa boa no hotel foi a equipe de funcionários, a limpeza, e o restante. O quarto enorme, mas muito velho, choveu e entrou água, o café da manhã tinha muita coisa pra lanche, mas poucas opções de café da manhã. A piscina não é tão bonita quanto na foto, é velha, não tive nenhuma vontades de entrar nela. enfim, não voltaria ao hotel. Mas voltaria no restaurante do hotel que é aberto ao público e a comida no almoço é maravilhosa.

O quarto ofertado no site tinha uma cama de casal uma de solteiro e quando cheguei no hotel o rapaz disse que não tinha disponível quarto assim duplo! E outra esse hotel deixa muito a desejar quando o assunto é descansar, pq ele tem um restaurante em cima com um pagode com um barulho gigante que parece que estão fazendo a festa dentro do quarto! Impossível dorimir antes de 22h!
