This is a family-owned and ran B&B on a gorgeous piece of land. We had magnificent views from our patio looking down toward the archeological park and monuments and further below, the water. The property is beautiful and is the perfect place for tranquility. The staff is friendly and helpful, although I struggled a little with my inability to speak better Italian! I had to use my translator app a few times. You can walk to the archeological park from the property (but you might want to take a cab instead of walking uphill on your way back). We didn't have a car, so it was a little difficult trying to figure out how to get into the city center area for dining and shopping.

The owners were so kind. Our room was perfect for what we needed. The bathroom is a bit small, but that is my only criticism. I would 10/10 stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The grounds are spectacular and contain old olive trees, citrus, and lovely views. I wished we stayed longer than one night. It’s also just a short walk to the valley of the temples. Great place!

Luigi and employees were friendly and respectful and made us feel right at home. We had dinner both nights and breakfast as well which was included. The dinner’s were delicious and the patio is lovely. Be sure to keep some Euros to pay for dinner on checkout. The rooms were nice - watch out for low ceilings! Perfect spot to visit the Ruins! Would love to return some day !

Wonderful in every way : absolutely delightfull staff , wonderful property with an amazing garden - excellent breakfast is served on a terrace under hundreds of years old olive trees …. stunning views of the Valley of Temples and the Mediterranean Sea. Familjärt Sicilianskt boende

Så fort vi körde genom den privata grinden in på gården och parkerat bilen precis intill deras privata citronträd, kommer hotellets ägare och hälsar oss välkomna. Vi var nästan 2 timmar tidiga men det var inga problem att checka in på rummet tidigare. Rummet vi fick hade en fantastisk utsikt över tempeldalen och som fortsatte ner mot havet och horisonten. Terrassen som tillhörde rummet var stor och en skönhet i sig. Efter att vi hade gjort vårt besök på tempeldalen frågade vi om det fanns möjlighet att bada i deras bubbelpool som låg välplacerat för kvällssolen och vi fick ett fantastiskt avslut på den dagen. Det enda vi klagade på efter att vi lämnade boendet var att vi inte stannade här fler nätter. Hotellets område är precis så jag har tänkt mig att ett Sicilianskt boende ska se ut. Service från personalen var över all förväntan och hela stämningen kändes intimt och familjärt på ett helt naturligt sätt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende om du ska till Agrigento.

Piece of heaven at the temples

This was a last minute booking to stay in the area after seeing the temples. It is right next door and you can view the temples lit up from the patio and it is tranquil and beautiful. The accommodations are also very beautiful and very clean. Great AC. Very comfortable beds. The family that runs it is so welcoming and helpful too. Wish we could stay longer. Food was great as well.

Perfect home base to explore the Valley of the Temples. It is literally 1 minute by car or around a 12 minute walk. Loved the change of pace vs other Sicilian towns/accomodations. We stayed in a family villa/apartment and it was huge for our family of 4. My kids and wife loved the breakfast. They felt it was “homemade” vs the commercial breakfast we had been having at other hotels. The hosts and staff were amazing and very friendly.

Such lovely staff and the 2nd best spot for the temples (after the Villa Athena $$$$$) The proprietor is kind and helpful and the rooms have a very nice modern but traditional vibe. The linens are top quality but only one hot tub was working (it was early in the summer season). I would return ANY time esp for the night view of the temples. Lovely breakfast and you are surrounded by 500 year old olive trees ! Plus you can walk to the best restaurant “II Re di Girgenti” which has superb food and view !

Amazing grounds with THOUSAND year old olive trees and citrus. Easily walkable to The Valley of the Temples, so no need to move your car. Several very good restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are clean and solid 3 star (not elegant but adequate.)
