I had such an amazing experience because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel at home from my first moment to the last. Photos on the web do not match the actual hotel, it’s dirty and no breakfast offered even though it says included. They charged us twice as they said the card didn’t work. We stayed one night only because we arrived late found another hotel for the next night and lost money on the two night booking. For the same price we paid we got a lovely hotel with a rooftop pool and breakfast. Don’t recommend this hotel.,

I booked this hotel because the price was too cheap to compared to the location, but after booked, I felt really worried about the previous comments. But this hotel really surprised me in nice way. Receptionist service was quite good, they are 24/7 there. And the room was good enough too, the bed was very soft even though the weight of my Mom and I were very different. The hotel located in a slightly deep alley, car can’t enter and that is the reason why no noise from cars when I am sleeping. But the room's soundproofing system is quite bad because you can hear all the noises from others neighbors room, and the toilet seems a bit damp.

Worst hotel I've ever been to

Not as advertised. Not even remotely close. Broken toilet, black mold, very dirty, strong smell of cigarette smoke. The owner is not very responsive when you call. There are no staff at the location before 2pm. I asked for a refund and they said no. Avoid this place.
