This is a very nice hotel. They have a pool bar and restaurant you can eat all your meals there if you so please. The staff are super nice and the facilities are beautiful. It’s in a great location honestly, if you’re into hotels, this is a fantastic spot in Playa.

Just a great little hotel. Quiet but walkable to most everything in playa. Very clean and staff was friendly and sweet. Breakfast buffet was very good. My only minor complaint is the beds were pretty firm but still slept well. Only 3 blocks from the Playa Alterna bus station. Many dining options right by hotel. Pool was fantastic!

The rooms and pool were delightful, clean and comfortable. The lobby did not reflect the quality of the rooms, which were very nice. Similarly, the neighborhood did not seem desirable, but it was walking distance to Quinta Avenida with various shops and greats spots to eat. The service was very friendly. Overall, a nice stopover en route to the airport.

There are a lot of restaurants nearby that are walking distance. The room was modernly decorated however underneath the bed was filthy and so was the space between the bed and the headboard. The staff were very helpful. I do wish that staff would join reception without being told especially when there are queues. I did enjoy my stay and the room pictures on Expedia matched the appearance in person

We stayed here with a 6yr old for four nights as we had several activities planned and did not feel the need to pay for an all inclusive resort during this part of our trip. Honest review as followed. Room: We stayed on a first level room in front of the pool, The hotel itself if lovely and kept clean. Room could have been cleaner, but no smell was noticed and the air conditioning worked great. The beds were ok pillows very uncomfortable, firm and bulky and they did not replace them when asked to. Staff: The staff at the reception desk were not friendly or welcoming, however the bar staff, housekeeper, and security guards were great and friendly. Amenities: The pool is not heated but it is kept clean and has a swim up bar. The restaurant is decently priced and food was good. Location: Short safe walk to Quinta Avenida and Beach access, restaurants and shopping Parking is included, safe, and gated. Overall it was an ok stay, but I would probably not stay there again.
