This is a charming hotel in a great location! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the reception desk is manned around the clock. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. With restaurants close by and outside tables, the street can be rather noisy at night, so next time I'll pack ear plugs...

Such a lovely little hotel with excellent customer service that really stands out. The location is great, easy walk to Notre Dame and close to all that the latin quarter has to offer. The room was bijou, small as is normal in Paris but cosy. Shower room is brand new. I didnt eat breakfast there but thought it was nice to have a coffee machine at reception as well as complimentary treats, sweets & mini croissants. The service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend stayihg here :)

The only complaint I have is there is no mini fridge in the room and it would have been nice to have an ice maker in the lobby so we didn’t have to bother the front desk! We had an overall decent stay at Hôtel Minerve Paris. The staff were genuinely so kind and helpful—everyone we interacted with was very friendly and tried their best to make things right. That said, the rooms are extremely small. In the first room we were given, there was a weird smell, but to be fair, the staff quickly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had its own issue: the bathroom/toilet area was tiny, and the shower setup caused water to spread everywhere. After showering, the entire floor (and around the toilet) would be covered in water, making it uncomfortable and difficult to use the bathroom until it dried. If you’re looking for a great, welcoming staff, this hotel delivers. But if you need more space and a functional bathroom setup, you may want to consider other options.
