総合的に満足です。

12月の寒い時期でしたが、室内は暖かく過ごせました。バスルームの床がどうしてもビショビショに濡れてしまう構造で、その点だけ残念でしたが、バスタブ付きとリクエストしていたとおり、バスタブのあるお部屋で満足です。お湯もたっぷり出ました。朝食も美味しかったです。スリッパと歯ブラシはフロントに行けば、無料でもらえました。ロケーションが中央駅のすぐそばで最高でした。バーの夕食美味しかったです。雰囲気もよかったです。

Jag är 187 lång. Jag tilldelades ett litet rum med s k lådsäng, alldeles för liten för mig både på längden och ännu mer tvären. I denna säng kan man inte röra sig på ett naturligt sätt, och jag vaknade oavbrutet hela natten. Två nätter i denna säng är rena tortyren och båda dagarna blev liksom nätterna helt förstörda. När jag påtalade problemet påpekades att jag hade fått ett "budgetrum" - för 1430 kr per natt! För det priset förväntar man sig en normal säng. Jag anser det direkt ohederligt att inte signalera att rummet har en sådan fullkomligt udda utrustning. Hela min Stockholmsvistelse blev förstörd. Detta är en reklamation.

Ljuden från tunnelbanan gjorde att det var svårt att sova. Frukosten börjar serveras från 06:30 så svårt att hinna med den om man ska åka tidigt.

Jag är rörelsehindrad pg a stroke men personalen på flera sätt var mig behjälplig t ex i frukostmatsalen, så jag slapp gå runt med min fullstor utan serverades och i matslem nr jag fick hjälp i trappan och i lobbyn när jag satt där och vänide på mitt sällskap, så blev jag rbjuen kaffe. Man öppnade också ytterdörren mot tvegatan mitt emot Contan, så jag kunde gäl ut utan trappor. Ett mycket lyckt Stockholmsbesök.

Det var veldig mye støy, også på nattestid av «tunnelbane» under hotellet. Jeg booker en gang til pga. dette. Flott bar, og helt Ok frokostsal. Super beliggenhet.

Mycket stark kloakodör i rummet. Fick rådet att spola i duschen men det blev inte bättre. Inget förslag om att byta rum. Kranen i tvättstället läckte och vatten rann ner på golvet. Blöt om fötterna. Allt detta borde ha upptäckts av t ex städerskan och åtgärdats. Receptionen verkade ta lätt på klagomålen. Ingen kompensation. Beställde väckning vilket missades. Väldigt lite frukt och grönsaker vid frukosten. Har bott många gånger på Terminus sedan 80-talet men och klagar inte i första taget. Man borde också informera mera om att tunnelbana hörs väldigt tydligt i vissa rum. Jag vet att det kan vara så men alla gör inte det och blir mera störda. Hade betalt i förväg men i annat fall hade jag ifrågasatt kostnaden med tanke på beskrivna brister.
